What is WWC?
WWC is an event for the entire industry with participants from
all areas of the wholesale telecom industry including Tier 1, 2 and 3 carriers,
mobile / wireless operators, ISPs, VoIP providers and
technology partners from the voice, data, satellite, sub-sea
and fixed-line markets.

How much does a meeting room cost?
Meeting room prices range from (USD 2500 to USD 5000) depending on the size and location of room.

Do I have to register for WWC?
Yes, registration for WWC is mandatory for access to all areas of the event.
How much does it cost to attend?
Book Early pay only US$ 500 per attendee.
What is included in the registration price?
Registration allows delegates full access to all of the meeting areas, bilateral tables, exhibition.
All registered delegates will be listed in the event catalogue, also have the opportunity to use the online attendee contact and meeting system, messaging system.
Messaging system is open for four months prior to WWC and four months afterwards.
How can I register?

How do I pay?
You can choose to pay by credit card (via our secure payment system) or request an invoice, which will be sent to you once your registration has been
processed. Invoiced amounts must be paid no later than September. All payments must be received prior to the start of WWC.

Can I register more than one person?
You can register as many attendees as you wish – however, online registration is limited to a maximum of 10 attendees. If you wish to book up to 10 places,

What is a bilateral table?
A bilateral table is a table for conducting meetings in a specially designated area and includes 4 chairs and a table sign with your company name
and bilateral table number.
The tables will be located on the Exhibit Level of the Meliá Madrid Princesa.

How much is a bilateral table?
The cost of a table is US$ 350 for the whole event. The cost includes a table, 4 chairs and a sign on the table displaying the company name and table number.
How can I book a bilateral table?
Every bilateral table booking must be accompanied by at least one registered attendee pass.

Your bilateral table number and location will be sent to you two months before the event.

DIRECT SHIPPING
Can only be received 3 days before the event.
If you wish to send your items directly to the Auditorium Meliá Madrid Princesa then you can, however, they will only accept shipments 3 days before the event
so your items MUST NOT arrive earlier than September 7.

How can I contact other delegates / attendees?
All registered attendees of WWC will be given access to Contact System, the online attendee contact and meeting system.
What is Contact System
Messaging system is an online contact and networking tool. It gives each attendee the option to add their own profile, search for and contact other registered
WWC attendees to arrange meetings and networking opportunities during the event.
When does Contact System, the messaging system open?
Contact System will open one month before WWC and remain open for four months after the event.
How do I get access to Contact System?
Once you have registered your attendance at WWC, your details will be loaded onto Contact System. When Contact System opens four months before the event you
will be sent an email with your log in information.
I have not received my Contact System log in – how do I get it?
Messaging system opens Four months before the start of WWC. All registered attendees will be sent an email providing login details and
password to access Contact System.

What is the cancellation policy for WWC?
There are different cancellation and refund terms depending on what elements of WWC you have booked.
Please see below for further details:
ATTENDEE PASS: A full refund will be issued if cancellations are received by Telecom Business Group S.R.L. in writing 30 days before the event.
We regret that no refunds can be given after that date. If no cancellation notice is received, invoiced amounts will be payable in full regardless of
whether or not the delegate attends the event. A substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra cost.
BILATERAL TABLES: A full refund will be issued if cancellations are received in writing 30 days before the event. We regret that no cancellations will be
accepted or refunds given after this date. Invoiced amounts will be payable in full.
FOR ALL OTHER CANCELLATION POLICIES: (i.e. meeting rooms, sponsorship, etc): Please refer to your WWC 2012 contract.
